Personal Training in your own home
Personal Training needn't be in the gym or even out in the street. You can get just as good a result at home.
There are lots of exercises you can do at home with very little or no equipment.
Some equipment that would be good to get for home use are.
An exercise mat
A fit ball
Resistant's Bands
All these don't take up much room but can increase the amount of exercises a great deal.
I can bring my Rip 60 suspension trainer that can be hung on a door, to increase the amount of exercises again.
There is a number o other pieces of exercise equipment that can be used at home but it would be better to wait until after your initial consultation before purchasing anything else.
