TECHNIQUES

We work with a variety of exercise equipment and techniques to make the most of your work out including:

           CARDIO TRAINING

Cardiovascular training is used to improve your overall fitness, increase your metabolism and burn fat.  It increases lung function, and strengthens your heart. Cardio exercise doesn't have to be long sessions at a steady pace, to maximise the effect of cardio training it can be better to do shorter high intensity bursts of exercise followed by low intensity periods ad then repeated to create an overload effect which will keep the metabolism working at a higher rate for 24-48 hours after exercising.

Rip 60 training

           RIP 60 Suspension Trainer

The Rip 60 will fire you core. You will strengthen muscle, loss weight, and Increase power and endurance. The unique design of the Rip 60 is perfect for users of all levels. It adjusts with every movement so you get the workout you want, and get that little extra push just by moving your feet to adjust your position you are in so you can keep going without losing form. Its designed to combine the weight loss benefits of cardio exercise, with the power-activating results of strength training to deliver the most comprehensive results.

           GROUP TRAINING

Group training can take a number of forms. the first is small group personal training, this is a small group of 2 to 3 people having personal training together in a gym, out doors, or in your own home. this can be very motivating as you are training with friends, so can support each other.

The second is in the form of a larger group, a class format body pump, spin or circuit training, for example, it is always good to have other people around doing the same thing. this will encourage you to keep going, and work hard.

           Muscle Toning

Muscle Toning can vary depending on what sort of Muscle tone you want. Do you want large muscles and lower body fat, or do you want a long slim lean low body fat look, both sculpted but needing quite different training technics. It also depends on your body type to how hard it will be to achieve the results, so its best to work with your body type not against it. weight training can also be very effective for joint support and help improve your overall fitness including cardio fitness. All depending on the exercise plan.

Core training

           CORE STRENGTH

Core strength is very important no matter what your results are. the core area is the region bounded be the abdominal wall, the lower back and diaphragm and it stabilises the body during movement. week core muscles can lead to back pain, a loss of movement, and poor posture. so weather you want to build large or small and lean muscle, or improve on a particular sport you will need a good strong core area. core muscle is also important in every day life as it will help prevent back problems from occurring. As most back problems come from week core muscles, due to siting down a lot at work, home etc.
