POSTURE

Posture is the position in which you hold your body upright against gravity while standing, sitting or lying down.

Good posture involves training your body to stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement or weight-bearing activities. There are a range of simple yet effective methods to improve your posture which can be discussed during your initial assessment.

Here are some basic posture exercises you can start doing now: â€‹

30 minute office posture workout

Most back pain is caused by having weak core muscles from sitting all day in the car, on the bus, at the office, and at home relaxing. The muscles weaken because they are not being worked, then there is nothing to hold the back in place, this causes pain, and can lead to more serious problems.

A little strengthening can help stop the pain.

By doing some simple strengthening exercises once or twice a week you can really make a difference, this can even be done in your office, With a simple 30 min workout.
