TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I have known Jeremy Hudson ( Personal Trainer) since he started at THE PARK CLUB nearly 1 year ago.
Since I have now retired, I wanted to improve my upper body strength, fitness and flexibility and asked
Jeremy to be my Personal Trainer to achieve these goals.
I have trained with Jeremy one hour / week for the past 12 months and he is an excellent trainer.
He gave me a workout split into four different groups which I could do in the Gymn on my own in between 
the weekly sessions.
Jeremy works you hard to achieve your goals, but is thoughtful and will listen to any concerns that you may have.
He is an expert in all forms of excersises especially posture and flexibility and I have improved greatly in my goals 
for 2008.
I recommend Jeremy as a Personal Trainer to anybody who wants to achieve targets through one to one 
training and wants somebody who is dedicated to helping you achieve this.

Jeremy Hudson

Jeremy has been my personal trainer on a weekly basis since March 2008. In this time and for the first time ever I have been able achieve all my personal goals including increased levels of fitness and flexibility.

 

Jeremy has been sympathetic to my back problems and has tailored a program to suit my needs. My back has never been stronger and I have never felt better. A drop in two dress sizes (without dieting) has also helped my general well being!

Thanks to Jeremy I now have a greater understanding of how my muscles work and how I need to look after myself.

Despite being made to work hard, I do look forward to my sessions with Jeremy!

Personal Trainer – Jeremy Hudson

Over the many years that I have used a gym I have encountered various personal trainers from time to time who were able to refresh my training programs which sometimes became static and needed a boost or a pointer in right direction.

Of all of these, Jeremy was by far the most informative and stood out from the rest by taking me back to first principles through which he identified areas of weakness that had developed over the years from some what complacent and static training.

He created an interesting program that was aimed at tackling these weaknesses with an overall view to increasing my strength, flexibility, stamina and motivation.

If you are thinking of using a personal trainer I can certainly highly recommend Jeremy who obviously has a wealth of expertise to share with anyone wanting to get into the gym whether they are a complete beginner or an accomplished gym participant that just needed a pointer in the right direction.

Why Have A Aspire Personal Trainer?

 

I decided to go for personal training within Peak Fitness due to the fact that no matter how many aerobic classes I did a week, I saw no improvement in my general fitness or body shape. After chatting to Jeremy and working on a weekly programme to include resistance training and a fierce cardio session, which changes every month, I now understand the lack of results with my previous routine! Visibly, I have not only reduced by at least a dress size but I have reduced my body fat content by 8% which has made a big difference to the shape of my body

I have know Jeremy Hudson in his capacity as a fitness trainer for well over 20 years.

He is not only enthusiastic about his chosen career but he imparts this with a charm that enthuses those who train with him.
A more self motivated and highly professional person I have not encountered throughout this period.

I've now been working with Jeremy for around 10 weeks, meeting only once a week, and what a difference it's made. I felt that I needed a personal trainer for a few reasons. Firstly, I wanted to increase my core strength to complement a bit of running that I do; secondly, I needed the motivation to regularly go to the gym (having tried in the past, only to find life (excuses) getting in the way); and thirdly, I needed someone to advise me on what exercises to do and to build a personalised training programme for me to follow. I initially called up a few trainers, and Jeremy came across as the one that was the most interested in my needs, and what I wanted to achieve - he was also the friendliest by quite some way! So, I'm now 10 weeks into my programme and I've noticed quite a few changes, which include: 1. My back pain has significantly reduced; this was an issue that I told Jeremy about right at the start, and he has focused on this by strengthening  my abs and through making sure that we do plenty of back strengthening exercises. 2. I have lost half a stone. I am now only a couple of pounds away from my target weight which is great news. This has also been achieved through taking Jeremy's advice on diet - nothing too severe, but some really helpful and practical advice which really works. 3. I've noticed quite an improvement in muscle tone, especially around the stomach, arms and legs. Considering that I've only been seeing Jeremy once a week, I'm delighted with the results to date. Overall, I'm really pleased that I made the decision to work with a personal trainer, and I'm particularly pleased that I'm working with Jeremy.
