Weight Loss, Building muscle and Toning

Good weight management is all about Balancing Healthy eating with an active lifestyle. Sounds simple.

It's all about ENERGY. Energy you take into your body in the form of food and drink must be used somehow either it is used as fuel to work the body or it is stored as fat to be used at a later date, it doesn't disappear. So if you lead a sedentary lifestyle and don't require a lot of energy each day you are going to put on weight. So if your want to loss weight you need to think about your activity level every day, and get the balance right with your food intake.

Building muscle can be a very good way of increasing the amount of energy you use every day, because you burn an extra 50 calories a day by gaining 1 pound of muscle, a pound of muscle is only the size of a bar of soap, when a pound of fat is more like the size of a football.

Muscle is the furnace for burning fat in, so increase the size of the furnace and you burn more fat and look leaner at the same time.

Building Muscle. Men have the ability to build Large muscles, this can take quite some time, as muscle builds up slowly and it needs a specific programme to create a balanced look, and diet to go with it.

Building large muscles is not an easy thing to do so if that's not what you are looking for do not worry it won't happen by accident.

By doing weight baring exercise eating a healthy diet and increasing your cardio output you can achieve a long sleek toned muscular look.
